This is an introduction to my research project page where I was asked the question "Can the “three good things” gratitude process have a positive impact on my well-being?" I answered this in the draft links below. There were many things I had to do to lead me up to this point though. They came in the form of blog posts. For blog post #10 I had to type three good things I did or that happened to me that day for a week. The links What is Positive Pyschology & Why Is it Important? (Positive Psychology Program), Greater Good in Action: Science-Based Practices for a Meaningful Life (UC Berkeley's Project Home Page), and Three Good Things (Greater Good in Action) helped me to understand what positive psychology is and to better understand the assignment. For blog post #11 I was required to just write about my research project. While writing I discovered things I wouldn't have if I didn't do the assignment and was able to add those things as a result. For blog post #12 I was able to share my introduction to my research paper and got some great feedback to improve it. For blog post #13 I shared how the "three good things" process didn't improve my well-being. However, I wrote about giving the process another try but the ways I would do it and how I have a better understanding of it now. I used the assignment sheet given by my professor as a guide to produce a solid draft.
